General provisions

COMMUNICATION FAILURE: In the event of communication failure, the pilot shall act in accordance with the communication failure procedures in ICA 100-12 except for the instructions established by the ATS unit. Specific procedures for communication contingencies: 1- Use RDO FREQ as FCA, set code 7600 on transponder; 2- Perform IAP if get MET INFO from AD via ACC/AFIS. In NEG case, NO AUTH LDG IFR; 3- Perform SID if get MET INFO from AD. In NEG case, NO AUTH DEP IFR.
